Features
Digital automatic casting machine for metals with melting points up to 1200°C. (2192F)
High performance casting machine with high repeatability by recalling memory data.
- ■Three casting modes can be selected according to product shape and metal composition: "Solo-vacuum suction casting," "Solo-pressure casting," and "Vacuum / pressure casting”.
- ■Three types of operation are provided: "Automatic Temperature Controlled FULL AUTOMATIC", "Timer Type Automatic SEMI-AUTOMATIC", and "MANUAL".
- ■Pre-melting" function is equipped to melt the metal in a crucible even before a casting flask is set.
- ■Quick Start" function that allows heating to start even before depressurization or/and inert gas substruction in the casting chamber is completed, ensuring high productivity in unit time.
- ■When continuous casting is performed under the same casting condition, the "Repeat Casting" button allows one-touch operation of the next casting.
- ■Touch panel display is available in English, Chinese, and Japanese.
- ■Vacuum air filter located at the front of the machine improves maintainability for element replacement.
- ■R-sheath thermocouple (max temp 1400°C / 2552F) can be installed as an optional modification.
Vacuum/Pressure Casting
Vacuum/pressure casting is a compound casting method that applies pressure onto a feed head (button) while vacuum suctioning a casting mold (flask).
By suctioning out the gases inherent in a casting mold and the gases emitted from a casting alloy during casting, the resistance of the molten metal in a casting mold is reduced and molten metal can be fed smoothly to the tip of casting objects.
Pressure casting machines are synonymous with the static casting theory.
It quietly yet powerfully forces molten metal from a vacuum atmosphere into a casting mold at a pressure of 0.3 MPa . Attainable pressure is 0.2 MPa (normal) - 0.3 MPa (maximum).
Connecting terminal for R type thermocouple
Since a mounting terminal exclusively for R-sheath thermocouples is provided as standard equipment, modification processing is not required when this type of thermocouple is needed to be used.
Introduction Of Display For Touch Panel
Various screens are available, such as “MENU (OPERATION SELCT)” ,“CONTROLL MEMORY”
“INDIVISUAL ACTIVATION (for maintenance )”,“ CASTING HISTORY” , “ALARM” and etc.
Display language can be selected from Japanese, English, and Chinese.

STAND-BY PAGE
The set casting conditions are displayed in the order of the operation process.

Displays each condition that was cast along with the alloy type input in the memory.
INDIVIDUAL OPERATION PAGE
Enables independent operation of 【Heating】, 【Output Selection】, 【Vacuum Pull】, 【Stopper Activation】, etc. for checking the operation of each function for testing and maintenance purposes.
